The goal of the Bulldog Food Pantry is to address food insecurity at Alabama A&M University 
by providing nutritious food to students so they can focus on their education.
The only requirement to use the Food Pantry is that the student must be a currently enrolled 
student who is experiencing food insecurity. The Bulldog Food Pantry trusts that students will 
use the food pantry only when they have a need for this resource. We understand that some 
students who use the food pantry will have a chronic need for food while other students may 
only have a temporary need that may not be reflected in a financial statement. 

The Campus Food Pantry strives to protect the privacy of all students who access it and to 
provide food to those in need within our student body. We ask students to scan our QR code 
that is available on entrance. The QR code only provides data in reference to student count, 
classification and interest of food items. The data will not become part of the student’s 
record nor will the student’s information be shared outside of Alabama A&M University.
Students have access to the pantry 4 days a week by visiting the Ralph Lee student center.

Here are the Bulldog Market food pantry hours for Spring 2024 with the exception of holidays

• Monday: 9-4pm Donation Day
• Tuesday: 9-4pm
• Wednesday: 9-4pm
• Thursday: 9-4pm
• Friday: Closed

Donations are accepted only on Monday’s from 9-4pm. We ask that all items be within year 
of the original date. We ask that you please be considerate and have a person with you that 
can load and unload your items to the pantry. 
In conclusion, we would like you to know our student's special request below. We have 
included a wish list that students have put together to assist you in what they desire and can 
functionally make a productive meal. Please be mindful of your donation's expiration dates 
so students can maintain healthy and tasty meals.
