Mandatory Fees

Mandatory Fees are fees charged to University students' accounts for a specific purpose, activity or service.  All mandatory fees are set and approved by the board of trustees.

Information Technology Fee $125.00  
Student Rec and Athletic Fee  $69.00
  • (10 hours or greater) Undergraduate Student
  • (7 hours or greater) Graduate Student
Student Actvity Fee $102.00
  • (10 hours or greater) Undergraduate Student
  • (7 hours or greater) Graduate Student
Health Insurance Fee (Domestic students) $76.00 To avoid the charge of the Health Insurance Fee, please visit the Health Center located in the AAMU Wellness Center with proof of medical insurance during Fall and Spring Registration.
Health Insurance Fee (International students) $951.00  
Wellness Center Fee $138.00  
Health Center Fee $73.00  
Parking Fee $45.00 To avoid the charge of the Parking Fee, please visit the Public Safety Office during Fall and Spring Registration. 
Shuttle Fee $60.00  
Event Center Fee $140  

Failure to visit these offices and provide the required documentation during the specified time period will result in account charges for the related fees.
